Tatum Rush
Italian Songwriter Crooner Mediterranea Exotica
Tatum Rush is the versatile stage alter ego of Giordano Rush, a San Diego-born musician and artist who now divides his time between Lugano and Rio de Janeiro. A restless and dedicated showman, Tatum's performances always feel like fragments of a larger dramatic narrative—whether it's a solo concert, a performance with an eight-piece band, a jazz trio, or an immersive, multi-sensory experience in a theater or the woods.
His latest album, "Lolito Ceresisco," is a vibrant journey through Neapolitan crooner jazz, ecstatic dances of Mediterranean folklore, Latin American bolero rhythms, exotica, and soul. Tatum's art is inherently multidisciplinary, encompassing music, poetry, acting, drawing, and performance art—but regardless of the form he chooses, his primal fire springs from a yearning for the sublime, for humor and poetry.
